My credit isn't perfect. Can I get a loan?

We offer loans for those with excellent or less than perfect credit. You gain the best rates with perfect credit, however, good rates are still available even if your credit has not been perfect. However, about a 620 credit score (FAIR CREDIT) is necessary on most programs. We will check  your credit score and advise you and provide you a credit score disclosure, free of charge.

Last 2 years W2's (or self employed, 2 years taxes)
Last 2 paycheck stubs
Last Checking statements
A few other documents may be required, based on your loan request

How long does it take? It's Fast.

Our goal is always 3 weeks or less. Refinances are typically 2 weeks, a purchase 25-45 days.

Do I need to travel? No.
